Spring 2026 Application

ATTENTION: This form will close on Friday, June 5th, 2026 at 11:59 pm. Following your completion of this form, the next step of the application process is an interview. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, meaning the sooner you turn in your application, the sooner we can proceed to scheduling your interview. You will not be penalized for applying later in the cycle as long as you complete this application by the deadline.

Expectations

Student Educators are expected to participate with the organization for the entire academic year (Fall-Spring Quarter). During Summer Quarters our organization remains active and Student Educators can teach a class if they would like, but it is not required. Student Educators are allowed to continue participation after graduation.

Student Educators can expect approximately 1-2 hours of time commitment per week. While most work can be done remotely, Student Educators are required to hold at least three in-person classes per academic year (1 class/quarter) and necessary mock presentations. If you expect that you will be unable to teach a class in the upcoming quarter due to other commitments, you must communicate this with a board member ASAP. The only exception is Summer Quarter, when teaching a class is optional. Timely communication is vital for us to coordinate classes with shelters and maintain our partnerships, so please be sure to stay up-to-date on all email correspondence from the organization.

All active members of the organization are expected to pay $15 in dues per year. These dues go towards purchasing hygiene/medical supplies for houseless communities, supplies/food for socials, and HHEAL T-shirts.
